    Planned system is good the problem is it has several flaws. one which i would like to mention it . The capacity is only 500 users as I heard and it is always busy and very difficult to access. There are 1000s of schools all across karnataka . when everyone wants to log in to enroll it gets stuck and then for days together not possible to log in

    I tried generating a TC . To enter the admission number there is no option.
    2.the date of issuing TC there is an error.
    3. To answer the question prrsent in other boxes there is no option.
    finally the TC generated has a kannada language which is very funny. I do not think we can give it to anyone. ಶಾಲೆ ಬಿಡುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ
    has come something else. i cant upload pictures or else i would have uploaded the screenshot
    4. The school ward changes with the child's birth ward. every child's tc will have different ward for the school address. pl correct it.

    Sir,
    We have finished enrolling new children who have been enrolled in our school. But the problem is they have been enrolled in a class below. means The child who is in 7th this year is admitted in 6th(his previous class). There is o option to edit the class. please provide an option to edit the mistake. Thank you

    this system of tracking is very good. But the server is worst from the day one i am trying always the server very low.

    I have been trying to upload the data for several days, it allows me to fill the form completely but once I submit it comes up with message "page is not available". This has been happening for several days. Can any one please help. Sir I request that an upload from spread sheet should be made as an option, this will drastically reduce the time to complete the task as well as the traffic on server. Please enable the upload from spread sheet option, with proper validation at the earliest. I hope it will be done soon.

    Good work but very bad response from the concerned persons. Taking long time to get it set right this. Unable to download the attendance file and CCE results. Server is too slow to work. plz get it repaired. Early wake up at 4am everyday for this work is mere waste.

      After assigning languages to the school and students we download the excel sheet, as per the sheet we make entries.

    In our cluster there are many school HMs who wants to delete the children from the list and make corrections still. So we need time and the option to remove child from the STS and simple options to update the children details. Unless we do this how can we go for CSAS SATA EXAMS in which nominal role and OMR sheets will be supplied as per the STS entries.

    DEAR ADMIN,
    ATTENDANCE ENTRY APPROVAL HAS A PROBLEM. WHEN WE UPLOADED SEVERAL TIMES WE GOT LOGGED OFF .THINKING WE COULD NOT UPLOAD WE HAVE UPLOADED AGAIN AND THE ENTRY HAS COME SEVERAL TIMES. DO WE HAVE ANY OPTION TO REJET ALL THAT WE HAVE UPLOADED AND APPROVE? NOW EACH CHILD'S NAME HAS TO BE TICKED AND THEN APPROVED.AROUND 16750 TICK HAVE TO BE DONE. WHICH IS VERY TIDIOUS. PLEASE HELP

    Mr.Purushottam sir, uploading CCE RESULT is ok, once again going for approval, is it necessary ?, This has to be done taking each class.
    FOR Eg. IN A HPS
    FA1,FA2,FA3,FA4,SA1, 7 CLASSES.
    5X7=35 TIMES UPLOADING
    5X7=35 TIMES APPOROVAL
    PLZ SIR, MAKE IT SIMPLE AND EASY.

    I also heard from news about "schoolcop", that providing “Panic Button” on the iCard. It is the “World’s First iCard with Panic Button for Schools”.     The Portal has several flaws . First it asks for total expenses details to be filled up, but when divided by the No. of Students, the divider is taken only for students from 6th to 10th, in which the average will not be correct. RTE Students Nos. eliminated, why??, i do not understand, when the Expenses incurred includes the amount spent for RTE Students, though they are exempted from paying the Fee. The Portal needs some fine tuning. There should be a clear picture for us to know what fee we are free to collect. After calculating everything it is said that we cannot collect 10% more than what is collected the previous year when this portal was not in existence. My solution to this problem is that the Govt. must allow the Schools to collect the Fee according the Infrastructure and other facilities provided which has to be proved with their Audited Balance sheet and arrive at the figure after entering the data in the portal and nothing to be mixed up with earlier year fee when the Govt. had no control at all.

    In continuation of my earlier comment, in which I have forgotten one point to be mentioned. In the Portal even the No. of Students in KG Section is not taken into account when the Total expenses divided by the No. of students, where only 6th to 10th only taken. This is also an anomaly. Almost all schools have the KG Sections, for whom also the School incur expenses which is included in the total Expenses, which please be noted
